Partner, Litigation & Healthcare — Tallahassee

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice in Tallahassee with an emphasis on healthcare disputes and technology-related business litigation. The role will handle False Claims Act defense, managed-care matters and commercial disputes involving emerging-technology issues such as AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency.

The position requires a hands-on trial and appellate lawyer who can manage complex matters, develop client strategy, and mentor junior lawyers. The partner will collaborate with national practice teams while building a local presence and originating new work.

• Proven litigation experience with significant False Claims Act and managed-care matter experience
• Track record of client origination and business development in healthcare and technology sectors
• Substantial trial and/or appellate experience and demonstrable matter management skills
• Admission to practice in Florida (or ability to become admitted)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
