Experienced partner sought to lead and grow a cross-practice team handling antitrust litigation, patent litigation (particularly life‑sciences and technology matters) and finance/private equity‑related disputes and counseling. The role combines courtroom and transactional exposure, with opportunities to work on complex, high‑stakes matters across industry sectors including private equity, tech, life sciences and energy.

The position requires a commercial leader who will build client relationships, supervise associates, and collaborate across practice groups. Firm offers an open compensation system and a platform to expand an existing practice in the Dallas market.

Established partner track record in antitrust litigation and/or patent litigation involving life sciences or technology clients
Experience counseling or litigating matters tied to private equity and finance transactions
