Established lateral partner opportunity for a banking and restructuring-focused practice based in Charlotte. The role will lead creditor-side bankruptcy, restructuring and workout matters within a multi-disciplinary team.

Ideal for a market-facing partner who will develop business, manage complex restructurings and collaborate with finance and litigation colleagues on insolvency and creditors rights workstreams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in bankruptcy, restructuring or creditors rights matters
• Client development and team leadership experience
