Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, West Palm Beach

Senior partner-level opening for an experienced bankruptcy and finance practitioner to lead creditor-side and distressed-debt matters out of the West Palm Beach office. The role will focus on complex restructurings, creditor enforcement, distressed financings and related insolvency work for lender and fiduciary clients.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team, take on client leadership and business development responsibilities, and collaborate with finance and restructuring teams across the firm s U.S. platform. This is an opportunity to shape a growing regional practice within a large international firm environment.

• Established track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Demonstrable business development and client management experience
• Admission to practice in Florida or eligibility for reciprocal admission
