Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance — White Plains

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice in the White Plains office. The role will blend bankruptcy litigation and restructuring transactions with finance/creditors-side work, advising lenders, creditors' committees and distressed stakeholders.

This is a rainmaking role: the successful candidate will build and lead matters in the region, work collaboratively with national practice teams, and help grow the office's creditor-side restructuring and workout capability.

• Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Proven track record advising lenders, creditors' committees or distressed investors on workouts and restructuring transactions
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
