Lateral Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring - Nashville

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice in the firm's Nashville office. The role will focus on advising corporate clients and creditors on complex restructurings, insolvency proceedings, and related corporate transactions.

Responsibilities include originating and managing client engagements, supervising associates, and working collaboratively across practices on cross-border and domestic restructuring matters. The firm seeks a lawyer with a strong record of courtroom and transaction experience, plus demonstrated business development capability.

• Significant track record in chapter 11, out-of-court restructurings, and related corporate work
• Proven originator with client development and relationship management experience
• Experience leading teams and mentoring associates
