Leading law firm is seeking a partner to grow and lead its Agriculture practice from the Nashville office. The role will focus on counseling agricultural businesses and related industry participants, with a notable emphasis on cannabis-related matters and regulatory support.

The firm welcomes candidates nationwide and is open to discussions with partners who can expand the practice through existing client relationships and business development. This is a front-facing role with significant client responsibility and strategic practice leadership expectations.

• Established partner-level experience advising agriculture clients, ideally with cannabis or related regulatory experience
