Lateral Partner, Commercial Litigation — Silicon Valley

Senior commercial litigator sought to join a busy Silicon Valley litigation practice. The role will focus on leading complex commercial disputes for technology-sector and other corporate clients, including trial and pre-trial strategy, motion practice and case management.

The successful candidate will join an established practice platform and be expected to originate and develop client relationships while mentoring junior litigators and managing matters from intake through resolution.
