Lateral Partner, Litigation - Silicon Valley

Leading litigation practice seeks a trial-focused partner to join its Silicon Valley office. The role will focus on high-stakes commercial litigation and international arbitration matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

Ideal candidates will have an established trial and arbitration record, experience managing sizeable litigation teams, and the ability to originate and lead complex disputes from intake through trial or hearing.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience handling commercial litigation and international arbitration matters
• Demonstrable trial and/or arbitration advocacy record and the ability to lead multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Admission to practice in California (or eligible for admission) and ability to work from the Silicon Valley office
