Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation, Toronto

Senior hire for a national-capable firm seeking a partner to lead and grow commercial litigation work from its Toronto office. The role suits an entrepreneurial litigator who will manage major commercial disputes, supervise associates, and develop client relationships across multiple Canadian offices.

The Toronto office is a growth centre for commercial work; the firm is also considering candidates for select provincial offices where there are strategic opportunities. The successful candidate will join an established disputes team with resources for complex, high-value matters and cross-office collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established commercial litigation partner with significant trial and appellate experience
• Proven track record of client origination and business development
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Membership in good standing with the Ontario bar (or eligible to transfer)
