Lateral Partner, Compliance & Finance — Hamburg

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory offering within a finance and banking team in Hamburg. The role combines client advisory on regulatory matters with business development and team leadership across financial-services clients.

The successful candidate will advise on regulatory compliance, support complex regulatory interactions, and work with deal teams on bank and capital-markets matters. This is a visible role with responsibility for expanding the practice and mentoring senior associates.

• Qualified to practice in Germany (or equivalent) with substantial PQE in financial-services regulation
