Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation, Boulder

Leading US law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to grow and lead matters in compliance, regulatory enforcement, data privacy, and related litigation. The role is based in the Boulder office and will work with cross-practice teams on regulatory risk, investigations and contentious matters.

The successful candidate will advise corporate clients on privacy/regulatory compliance, represent clients in investigations and litigation, and help develop business in the region. This is a hands-on partner role with significant client interaction and practice development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in compliance/regulatory matters and related litigation
• Strong experience in privacy & data protection, regulatory counseling and investigations
• Proven business development and client-management skills
