Lateral Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Austin

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a compliance and government-contracts practice in Austin. The role focuses on counseling clients on regulatory compliance, government procurement and related public-sector matters across the region.

The successful candidate will join a large, client-facing team and help develop business across key markets including Washington, D.C., Texas and California. This is an opportunity to build a market-leading practice and mentor junior lawyers within an established platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts
• Proven business development track record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Experience managing and mentoring teams and delivering high-quality client work
