Lateral Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Chicago

Senior compliance and regulatory partner role with responsibility for leading and expanding a U.S.-facing regulatory practice from the Chicago office. The role focuses on counseling corporate clients, handling regulatory investigations and enforcement matters, and advising on compliance programs across regulated industries.

The partner will supervise and develop a team of associates and counsel, work closely with cross-practice colleagues on complex matters, and drive business origination and client relationship management in the Midwest and nationally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising on regulatory enforcement, investigations, and compliance program design and remediation
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary teams
