Senior partner hire to lead and expand a multidisciplinary compliance and regulatory practice out of the New Jersey office. The role will focus on advisory and contentious work across cybersecurity and data protection, international trade, and regulated sectors including energy, environment and healthcare.

The successful candidate will combine deep subject-matter expertise with proven business development and team leadership skills to grow client relationships and cross-practice offerings. This is a partner-level operational and client-facing position with responsibility for originating work and supervising senior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory and related advisory or contentious matters
Proven experience advising on cybersecurity, privacy/data protection and international trade issues
Sector experience in energy, environment and/or healthcare regulation
Demonstrable business development track record and ability to lead and mentor teams
Admission to practice in the U.S. (state bar) or ability to become admitted
