Lateral Partner, Environmental & Energy — New Jersey

Lead the development and growth of an environmental and energy practice in a recently opened New Jersey office. This partner role will handle regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters across environmental and energy sectors and work with clients across the region.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, drive business development, and collaborate with national practice colleagues to broaden the office s capabilities. This is an opportunity to establish a visible presence in a growing regional practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in environmental and/or energy law with a strong track record advising corporations, utilities or project developers
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including mentoring associates and managing engagements
• Established business development abilities and relationships in the New Jersey / regional market
• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
