Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Philadelphia)

Senior regulatory partner sought to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice in Philadelphia with a strong focus on healthcare and media/entertainment matters. The role will advise clients on regulatory strategy, FDA-related matters, and advertising/commercial compliance across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-practice team and will play a visible business-development role, owning client relationships and bringing opportunities to the broader team. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced rainmaker looking to establish or expand a regional regulatory platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance counseling, ideally with healthcare and media/advertising work.
• Proven track record of client origination and business development.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices.
