Seeking a senior partner to lead and grow a cross-practice corporate team in Philadelphia, with strong experience across M&A, capital markets and private equity matters. The role will work closely with healthcare, life sciences, technology and intellectual property colleagues to service sophisticated issuer, sponsor and strategic clients.

Responsibilities include originating and leading complex transactions, advising on technology and IP-related commercial issues, and managing multi-disciplinary teams. The position offers a platform to develop client relationships regionally and nationally within a market-leading firm.

Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
Proven track record originating and leading M&A, capital markets or PE transactions
Experience advising clients in healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services sectors
Demonstrated business development and team leadership skills
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
