Lateral Partner — Construction & Corporate (Vancouver)

Growing regional law firm seeks a partner-level hire to support an expanding Vancouver office. The firm is focused on building its Construction & Infrastructure capability (front‑end project work and contract drafting) while also adding senior hires in corporate commercial and labour & employment.

The primary Vancouver priority is construction and infrastructure: candidates with experience on complex construction contracts, project finance, and the ability to originate and grow relationships will be most competitive. The office also welcomes partner or team moves in corporate commercial and employment where there are clear revenue synergies.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience in construction & infrastructure transactions, particularly front‑end contracting and project finance
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships; team moves preferred (partner + associates)
• Admission to practice in British Columbia or ability to qualify promptly
