Leading Canadian commercial law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Vancouver corporate and securities team. This is an opportunistic hire: the team is open to entrepreneurial partners who can grow a mid‑market transactional practice across M&A and public or private securities work.

The role suits a partner who wants a platform to expand an existing book and lead client origination while working on diverse corporate and finance matters. The team values commercial judgment, deal experience and an appetite to develop client relationships.
