Lateral Partner, Corporate (Abu Dhabi)

A leading international law firm is recruiting a Lateral Partner to join its corporate practice in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance and commercial transactional work across the UAE and wider Gulf region, including matters involving Qatar.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in originating and leading cross-border deals, mentoring junior lawyers and developing client relationships across the practice. This is an opportunity to join an established regional platform with an international client base.
