Lateral Partner, Corporate — Abu Dhabi

Senior corporate partner role based in Abu Dhabi, leading cross-border M&A, private equity, capital markets and venture capital work for a major international practice. The role will involve originating and executing high-value transactions, mentoring junior lawyers and expanding client relationships across the region.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team advising institutional and corporate clients on complex deal structures and regulatory matters in the UAE and wider Middle East. This is an opportunity to take a high-profile leadership role with significant autonomy over business development and case strategy.

• Proven partner-level track record in M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions
• Strong client origination skills and a demonstrable book of repeat client relationships
• Admitted or able to practice in the UAE / Middle East market; comfortable advising on cross-border matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
