The role encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and venture capital work. The successful candidate will take on a leadership position, driving business development and mentoring junior lawyers while servicing an existing client base.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Partner-level experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A, private equity, capital markets, and/or venture capital
Admission in a relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in the UAE
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Strong leadership and team-building skills
