The firm is prioritizing team-level hires that can scale transactional capacity and handle significant litigation portfolios. There is an emphasis on market expansion into key U.S. and international commercial centers.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven record of leading and growing partner-level teams in corporate transactions and commercial litigation
• Strong client relationships in one or more target sectors (life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive)
• Comfort working with cross‑border matters and coordinating with offices in major U.S. and international markets
