Lateral Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, New York

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined corporate and commercial litigation practice in New York. The role focuses on high-value transactional work and complex commercial disputes across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Priority will be given to candidates able to bring or build a team to increase transactional volume while handling significant commercial litigation matters. The role requires cross-jurisdictional collaboration with colleagues across major U.S. and international markets.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and commercial litigation, with significant matters at partner level
• Proven ability to recruit, lead and retain a team-oriented practice
• Strong client relationships across targeted sectors and experience working across multiple U.S. and international markets
