Senior litigation hire for a Toronto-based corporate litigation group with a strong securities litigation focus. The role handles disputes for public companies, large private issuers and alternative-asset clients, working on high‑stakes commercial and securities matters.

The firm is seeking a partner who will lead and grow a contentious securities practice, contribute on cross-practice corporate litigation matters, and participate in client development and team leadership.

• Portable book of business of CAD 2M+
• Established track record in securities litigation and commercial disputes involving public and large private companies
• Admission to the Ontario bar (or ability to qualify promptly) and significant courtroom and courtroom-adjacent litigation experience
• Demonstrated business development skills and ability to transition client relationships
