Lateral Partner, Corporate / Energy — Calgary

Senior corporate partner opportunity in Calgary focusing on corporate and commercial matters, with an energy practice considered a strong asset. The role is opportunistic and seeks an experienced lawyer able to originate and lead client engagements.

The successful candidate will join a full-service Canadian firm and will be expected to build on an existing client base while contributing to practice growth and mentoring more junior lawyers.

• Call years approximately 2000 010 (roughly 15 25 years post-call)
• Established background in corporate / commercial work; transactional experience preferred
• Energy practice experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Proven business development and client origination capabilities
• Portable book of business of $1 million to $1.5 million (USD)
