Lateral Partner, Corporate & Energy — Denver

Seeking a partner to lead corporate and energy transactional work from the Denver office. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets and project development across renewable energy and traditional oil & gas sectors.

The successful candidate will originate and execute complex transactions, manage cross‑disciplinary deal teams, and deepen client relationships in both corporate and project finance matters. Expect responsibility for business development and practice growth in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and capital markets
• Track record advising on renewable energy project development and commercial oil & gas matters
• Strong client origination and team leadership skills
