Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking — Denver

Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a busy Finance & Banking practice in the Denver market. The role covers commercial lending, consumer finance (including card and related products), and public finance, with regular exposure to commercial-finance litigation.

The partner will originate and maintain client relationships, drive business development, supervise and develop deal teams, and handle high-value transactional and contested matters. This is a partner-level leadership role with significant client-facing and practice-management responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in commercial lending, consumer finance, and/or public finance
• Track record of originating business and leading client relationships
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
