Senior corporate partner opportunity to join a major Canadian firm’s Montreal office, working on transactional and regulatory matters with an emphasis on Quebec-focused environmental and consumer-regulatory work. The role will involve originating and leading mid‑market transactions and regulatory advisory matters, and collaborating with national practice teams.

The firm is seeking a candidate with deep experience in environmental regulation and related transactional or contentious work, comfortable advising across both transactional and regulatory/regulatory litigation contexts. The team is open to highly specialized service partners in areas of demonstrated need.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level record in corporate, regulatory or environmental law, with mid‑market transactional experience
• Experience advising on Quebec-centric regulatory matters and familiarity with civil‑law framework
• Strong business development skills and ability to integrate with national practice teams
