Lateral Partner — Corporate & Finance, Dusseldorf

Leading corporate and finance practice in Dusseldorf is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its private equity and venture capital capability. The role focuses on advising sponsors, investors and corporates on complex cross-border and domestic transactions across mid-cap and larger-cap matters.

The successful candidate will join a full-service team with international client work and a varied deal pipeline. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating and executing transactions, mentoring junior lawyers and developing business across Germany and international markets.

• Proven track record in private equity and/or venture capital transactions, including large-cap or larger mid‑cap deals
• Strong international and domestic transactional experience
• Fluent in German and English with excellent client-facing skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
