Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Germany (Düsseldorf / Frankfurt / Munich)

Senior corporate partner hire to lead and grow an established M&A practice across key German offices. The role focuses on advising strategic and private equity-driven transactions for domestic and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for originating mandates, managing deal teams and deepening market relationships. This is a practice-growth role with leadership expectations and oversight of junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to practise in Germany (or eligible to transfer)
• Proven track record leading mid- to large-size M&A transactions and originating new mandates
• Strong client development skills and team leadership experience; fluent in German and English
