Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco corporate team supporting private equity, venture and capital markets matters. The role will focus on originating and leading complex transactions across corporate, finance and securities workstreams.

The successful candidate will help grow an established practice, mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively with cross-office teams. This is a partner-level opportunity with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of leading private equity, venture capital or capital markets transactions
• Proven client origination and relationship-management ability
