The firm seeks a market-facing partner to contribute substantive casework, lead complex restructuring matters, and help grow both the lender-side distressed debt platform and debtor bankruptcy offerings.
- Proven partner-level restructuring experience, including high-yield/distressed debt matters
- Track record of leading complex bankruptcy and workout matters for lenders and/or debtors
- Strong business development and rainmaking capability
- Bar admission and credentials appropriate for California practice
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
