Lateral Partner, Corporate & Finance — Santa Monica

Senior hire sought to join a corporate and finance team in the firm's Santa Monica office, focusing on private equity and venture capital matters. The role combines client development, deal execution and leadership on complex transactions across fund, sponsor and growth-stage company work.

This is a partner-track role where the successful candidate will be placed on an equity path but will not be made an equity partner immediately. The team values business origination, cross-practice collaboration and a hands-on approach to mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $3-4M (USD)
• Established track record in private equity and venture/growth capital transactions and demonstrable client relationships
• Licensed to practise in California (or eligible) with significant partner-level experience
