Lateral Partner, Restructuring & Bankruptcy — Los Angeles

Established national firm seeks a partner to help grow and lead its restructuring capabilities in Los Angeles. The role will build both lender-side high-yield/distressed debt work and expand debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring practice lines.

The successful candidate will join an existing team and play a hands-on role in originating work, managing complex chapter 11 matters, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a business-development and practice-building position with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of handling high-yield distressed debt and bankruptcy matters at a partner level
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead teams, supervise associates, and develop practice in the Los Angeles market
