Lateral Partner, Corporate & Finance — Vancouver

Senior hire sought to lead and grow a full-service corporate and finance practice from the firm's Vancouver office. The role will involve originating and managing client work across M&A, securities and banking matters, with opportunities to collaborate across real estate and restructuring teams.

The team is in growth mode and seeking an entrepreneurial partner with strong business-development capabilities. Direct equity entry is possible for established partners with a demonstrable track record and a portable client base.

• Portable book of business of CAD 1M+ (CAD)
• Established partner or senior associate with a proven record of originating and managing complex corporate/finance work
• Strong client-development and relationship-management skills; entrepreneurial, business-building mindset
• Comfort working collaboratively across corporate, securities, banking and real estate matters
