Senior hire to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary corporate practice from the firm's San Diego office. The role will focus on corporate M&A, private equity and capital-markets work, with significant opportunity to advise life‑sciences, technology, financial‑services and energy clients.

Ideal candidates will combine transactional leadership with experience on technology‑related deals and IP‑adjacent matters, and will be expected to originate work and help develop a broader regional team. This is a partner-level opening with a clear focus on business development and practice expansion.

Proven track record leading M&A, PE and capital‑markets transactions, including issuer-side capital markets work.
Industry experience in life sciences, technology, financial services or energy preferred.
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships and to coach/lead teams.
Admission to the relevant state bar and active, transferable client relationships.
Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
