Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Diego corporate team with an emphasis on healthcare and life sciences, technology companies, and related intellectual property matters. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets (issuer-side and related work), emerging-growth and technology transactions, and franchised support on IP litigation as needed.

The partner will work closely with national and international practice teams and cross-practice groups (corporate, finance, technology and IP) to originate and execute complex transactions for strategic and private-equity clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a strong transaction-oriented practice, the ability to build client relationships, and an appetite for contributing to a growing, collaborative platform.

Established track record handling M&A, capital markets or technology transactions for corporate and life-sciences clients
Demonstrated ability to originate and lead multi-jurisdictional deals and to work cross-practice
