Apply in confidence →Leading global practice is seeking a lateral partner to help expand a busy Northern Virginia office. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate transactions, healthcare and life sciences work, and technology-related matters.
Primary responsibilities include leading M&A and PE-related transactions, capital markets and issuer-side work, and advising on technology transactions and IP-related disputes/strategies. The team works across healthcare, life sciences, financial services and technology clients.
This is an opportunity to join a sizeable, cross-practice platform with significant referral flow from U.S. and international offices.
- Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level track record in M&A, private equity or capital markets work
- Experience advising healthcare, life sciences or technology clients
- Strong client development skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
