Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy corporate practice in Northern Virginia with strong emphasis on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will work across life sciences, financial services, energy and private equity client groups, and with IP and securities teams on transactional and regulatory matters.

The team is expanding and seeks a partner who can originate and manage complex deals, cultivate client relationships, and collaborate across practices and offices. The position involves leading deal teams, partnering with senior lawyers on cross-border work, and driving business development in target sectors.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level record of origination and leadership on M&A and capital markets transactions
Experience advising technology, life sciences or financial services clients; familiarity with PE-driven deals a plus
Ability to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary practice and work collaboratively across IP, securities and regulatory teams
