The role focuses on senior-led corporate work across M&A, private equity, capital markets and strategic transactions for clients in healthcare, life sciences, technology and financial services.
The ideal candidate will co-lead matters, develop client relationships, and work closely with cross-practice teams including intellectual property and technology groups. The position offers significant leadership opportunities within a growing regional platform.
- Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level transactional experience (M&A, PE and capital markets)
- Proven client origination and team leadership skills
- Experience advising clients in healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services sectors
