Anonymous global law firm seeking a partner to lead and expand its corporate practice in Seattle with emphasis on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will combine client origination, deal execution and practice development across emerging growth, issuer-side capital markets and technology sector work.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record advising strategic and private equity clients on complex transactions, and experience building or growing a team in a fast-expanding market. The team prefers candidates who can lead groups but will consider strong individual rainmakers.

Established partner with significant M&A and capital markets experience, including technology-sector transactions
Track record of originating and leading cross-border and domestic deals for strategic and PE clients
Experience building or scaling a practice and mentoring senior associates
Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development capability
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
