Established global law firm seeks a senior corporate partner to join its Atlanta office and help lead an expanding corporate practice. The role will focus on corporate M&A and capital markets work, with strong cross-practice collaboration across healthcare/life sciences, technology, and intellectual property litigation and transactions.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and lead high-value transactions, support an emerging-growth and issuer-side capital markets platform, and work closely with industry-focused teams (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy). This is an opportunity to join a sizable international platform while maintaining a significant client-development remit.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Proven track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions, including sponsor/PE and issuer-side matters
Experience advising technology and life sciences clients, and handling technology/IP-related deal work or related litigation coordination
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to work across multi-disciplinary industry teams
Active bar admission and significant partner-level experience
