Senior corporate partner opportunity at a well-regarded national firm seeking a Houston-based lead for its transactional practice. The role focuses on leading client relationships, driving M&A and transactional work, and developing a regional team.

The successful candidate will advise public and private companies on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and complex commercial transactions, and will have responsibility for business development and mentoring junior lawyers.
