Lateral Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property (Energy), Boulder

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boulder office to develop and lead transactional work across corporate, IP and energy practices. The role focuses on M&A, private equity, life‑sciences transactions and corporate governance for corporate and energy clients.

Ideal candidate will help grow client relationships, originate opportunities and work collaboratively with regional and national teams on cross‑practice matters. This is a partner leadership role with significant client‑development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and private equity transactions, ideally with experience in life‑sciences and energy sectors
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and substantial partner‑level experience
