Senior corporate partner role to join a busy corporate practice in Boulder. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional matters, advising boards on governance, and supporting strategic client engagements across industries.

The partner will lead deal teams, develop and manage client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across offices to grow the practice. There is significant opportunity for origination and practice leadership in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A and complex transactional work
• Proven track record of client development and relationship management
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
