Lateral Partner, Corporate & Intellectual Property — New York

Established national firm is recruiting lateral partners to grow several core practices from its New York office. The firm is prioritizing expansion in corporate work, patent/IP litigation, and labor & employment/ERISA, and is open to experienced partners across litigation and transactional groups.

Expect a partner role with flexibility on billing models and collaboration across offices. Candidates should demonstrate an established, portable practice and the ability to develop cross-office opportunities with existing and new clients.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in corporate, IP litigation, or labor & employment/ERISA
• Proven business development and client-management track record
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices and practice groups
