Lateral Partner — Corporate & International, Muscat

Leading regional practice is seeking a Lateral Partner to build and lead cross-border corporate and transactional work from its Muscat office. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance and general transactional matters, acting for regional and international clients.

International law firm experience is highly preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to originate and grow business, mentor teams and work closely with other offices on cross-jurisdictional mandates. Billing is market standard.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and corporate transactions, with significant partner-level experience
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships across the region and internationally
• Experience leading and mentoring deals teams on cross-border matters
