Lateral Partner — Corporate & IP Litigation — Denver

Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Denver office to grow corporate and intellectual property litigation work. The role will focus on expanding M&A/corporate advisory and patent/IP litigation practices alongside an existing regional platform.

Ideal candidates will have an active, portable client base and a track record of originating and managing significant matters. The team collaborates across offices and is open to partners with portable practices who want to build regional presence and cross-sell between corporate and IP litigation work.
