Lateral Partner — Corporate (Kansas City)

Senior corporate partner opportunity in Kansas City with a full-service practice focusing on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance. The role will lead client engagements, originate opportunities and work across transactional matters for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will join a broad corporate platform, collaborating with deal teams and advising boards and senior executives on governance and transaction strategy. This position offers a chance to grow a client base while remaining active on high-value transactions.

• Established M&A and transactional practice with proven client origination skills
• Track record advising on corporate governance and board-level matters
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and JD or equivalent
